Order Processing

All products are made to order.
Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to process and create your items before they are shipped.

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Self Disciplined is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at camilo@self-disciplined.com with a description and photos of the damage.
We will review the situation and offer a replacement if appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production or shipped.
Orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Self Disciplined is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the package reaches your country.
